I'm on a skeleton type 4 string electric, through my Peavey tnt130 bass combo amplifier, which may be of interest, because it can take half a lifetime to find an appropriate sound, mellow, but with enough bite for rock an roll. The pa is some multi kilowatt affair, with an engineer at the desk, but dunno what he's done with the mix. Bass and guitar were through house backline,and I'm not miked through the pa, as is my habit.
