A few different bridges are available:

- AJ411
A prototype was fitted to the Starfish solid violin belonging to Duncan Chisholm of Wolfstone. It became a great success. Type numbered AJ411 is the transducer bridge and is now available direct from Ashworth. 5 string variants and cello models are also in production.

- AJ11
The AJ11 has a tailored response to suit violins, mandolings and other small-bodied instruments, so that certain unwanted low and very high frequencies are smoothly rolled-off, leaving the proper audio range of the instrument clear, and less subject to finger-noise and unpleasant overtones.

- AJ111
This transducer uses a differential principle for high volume without feedback, and will not work as a "stick-on" bug. Mechanically the AJ111 acts like a loosely coupled third foot which has so little effect on the violin's acoustic properties that it may normally be left in place permanently.

Short description:

Ashworth has been established in 1976 by Alun Jones, the creator of the Ashbory (TM) Bass. Ashworth acoustic pick-ups cover a wide range of instruments, but each type was developed with natural sound reproduction as a priority. The company intends to keep its pick-up prices low despite their quality.
